Owners have at least 6 weeks/year of usage. Each owner has a fixed
prime block of 4 weeks from June to September and between October - May,
a rotating 14 night block every 8 weeks. Owners also are able to

Yes. You will be able to use additional time at Pacific Shores, at a
rate, designed to cover operational costs.
When was the completion date?
Pacific Shores can be enjoyed today! Fractional ownership
homes was completed in October 2007.
Will I be able to rent out my home?
Will I be able to sell my interest?
Yes. Pacific Shores is fee simple real estate, just like traditional
ownership. You hold deed & title to the property. A realtor is able to
list the property and sell it on the MLS for you. Many other people have
been successful at re-selling interests in this manner.
